Performance marketing — campaigns that pay for themselves
Advertising isn't a marketing cost, it's a sales channel. I run campaigns so you can measure exactly what they brought in — not how many impressions they generated.
Four channels, one logic: sales
Each platform answers a different moment in the customer's decision. I match them to how your product or service is actually bought.
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
The fastest source of leads for services and B2C. Testing multiple creatives at once, lead campaigns, and remarketing to people who've already visited the site.
Google Ads
Capturing demand that already exists: someone is searching for your service today. Search campaigns, Performance Max, and remarketing.
TikTok Ads
Reach and low cost where competitors haven't shown up yet. Native formats and video content instead of repurposed banners.
LinkedIn Ads
Precise B2B targeting by job title, industry and company size. A pricier click, but it reaches the decision-maker, not a random audience.
How this differs from an agency
One-on-one work
You talk to the person actually running the campaigns — no chain of account managers, no handing your account to a junior, no week-long wait for a reply.
Campaigns connected to automation and your CRM
A lead from an ad goes straight into the system, gets an owner and a follow-up. It doesn't die in an inbox the moment a click stops being a statistic.
Talking about results, not impressions
I report what matters for sales: inquiries, lead quality and acquisition cost. Reach and impressions are a tool, not the goal.
Who this is for
Ads are running, but nobody knows what's delivering
Budget goes out, inquiries come in unevenly, and attributing sales to a specific campaign turns into guesswork.
Leads from campaigns go cold
A click becomes a form, the form becomes an email, and the email becomes an unanswered thread. The campaign pays for a contact nobody follows up on.
Working with an agency means endless reports
A monthly deck full of reach charts, while the conversation about customer acquisition cost always gets pushed to later.
How it works in practice
- 01
Audit and goal
We define what needs to happen: an inquiry, a call, a sale. I review existing campaigns, the landing page and the customer's journey.
- 02
Tracking setup
GA4, platform pixels, conversion events and source tagging. Without this, optimisation is guesswork and the platform learns from bad signals.
- 03
Launch and creative testing
We launch with several message and format variants to quickly see what responds. I prepare creatives myself or use your existing materials.
- 04
Optimisation and scaling
I cut what isn't delivering, lower acquisition cost, and increase budget where results hold up. Changes are based on tracking data, not gut feeling.
A campaign is only worth as much as the follow-up on the lead it brings
The most expensive lead is the one you paid for and nobody called back. That's why I connect campaigns to sales automation: an inquiry from an ad enters the system, gets an owner and a contact sequence before anyone even opens their inbox.

- Leads from campaigns connected to your CRM and follow-up automation
- Reporting focused on inquiries, lead quality and acquisition cost
Case study: sales automation for a wholesale PV distributor
This result comes from an automation project, not an ad campaign: instant lead distribution, a dedicated account owner, automatic quoting and follow-up sequences drove +263% sales growth in 3 months with the same team. I show it here because it's the best argument for connecting advertising to lead handling — traffic from a campaign only pays off once someone closes it.

What ad budget makes this worthwhile?
I don't quote a fixed number, because the threshold depends on the industry, cost per click and customer value. The rule is simple: the budget has to be enough to gather data — dozens of clicks a day and a few conversions a week. If the budget is lower, I say so directly and suggest starting with one channel instead of spreading funds across four.
Do you run campaigns on all four platforms at once?
Usually not from the start. We begin with the channel that will deliver data fastest for your sales model, and add others only once the first one is stable. Splitting a small budget across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn at the same time usually means no channel collects enough data to learn.
How do you charge for your work?
A fixed monthly fee for running campaigns, agreed upfront and separate from the ad budget, which goes entirely to the platforms. Scope and goal are agreed before we start, and for longer engagements part of the fee can be tied to an agreed result. No commission hidden inside ad spend.
How soon do results show?
The first data appears within a few days of launch — you can see which creatives and audiences respond at all. Stable optimisation of acquisition cost takes a few weeks though, since that's how long it takes to gather a reliable sample of conversions and test further variants. I treat the first week's findings as a direction, not a result.
Do I need ready-made creatives and materials?
No. If you have photos, video or material from real projects, we use it — authentic content usually performs better. If you don't, I prepare the creatives and ad copy myself, including variants for testing.
What if I already have campaigns running?
I start with an audit of what's working: account structure, conversion tracking, traffic quality and what happens to a lead after the click. Often the first problem isn't the campaign itself but poorly configured tracking or inquiry handling. I don't wipe an account's history at the start if there's real value in keeping it.
